I work for a well-known city, and we have created a site on/in their 'web 2.0' application.  But, it appears we have two accounts, and I can't figure out how to and when putting this issue in their forum, I find others with similar situations waiting for a the resolution.

I just told my boss that I want to take the mayor with me to their offices to get help!
