My PayPal 30-second credit card application ended after five minutes...
1) I called the number; 2) I used the option for the credit card (No, I didn’t listen all the main menu’s options); 3) Then, the IVR menu didn’t have the option to get back to the main/entry menu; 4) ended up pressing #, 0 and * until the IVR directed me to a live person who ended up putting me on hold then came back to route my call to a Credit Specialist, and that routing ended up just ringing and ringing for a whole minute at the point I hung up....FIVE MINUTES is not 30 seconds.
